Cancellation Policy
Last updated 2026-01-09
1. Exceptions
Some custom onsite days and third-party venue fees may be non-refundable once booked. We list those items clearly in written proposals before you pay.
2. Contact
Cancellation requests should be emailed to hello@bridge-zones.one with your company name, program name, and purchase reference if available.
3. Eligibility
Eligibility for refunds depends on how far in advance you cancel and whether materials were already shipped or customized for your team.
4. Scope
This policy covers training program fees published on this site. It does not cover travel you book independently.
5. Process
We confirm receipt, verify your booking, and respond with the applicable outcome within a reasonable period. If a partial refund applies, we explain the calculation.
6. Timeframe
For eligible cancellations more than fourteen days before the published start, we typically refund the workshop tuition portion to the original method unless otherwise agreed.
Inside fourteen days, partial refunds or credits may apply depending on work already performed.
7. Consumer rights in Korea
Korean consumer regulations may provide additional protections depending on contract type and channel. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights.
8. Credits as an alternative
Where cash refunds are impractical due to timing, we may offer a dated credit toward another cohort. Credits are not transferable unless we agree in writing.
9. Disputes
If you disagree with an outcome, reply with specifics. We aim to resolve good-faith disputes without unnecessary friction.
