Retro prompts that do not blame the booth crew
By Sora Kim
Blameless language is not soft; it is precise. Ask what signal surprised the team, which question came up twice, and which asset was missing from the kit. Those answers change the next show more than a numeric scoreboard.
Document answers in a shared page, not only in chat scrollback. Chat is where good observations go to disappear.
Invite service and product marketing, not only sales. They often hear different customer language than the booth team.
We keep a short list of prompts in our Pipeline Rhythm program. Borrow them, rewrite them in your voice, and keep the meeting under forty minutes. End with one decision and one owner.
